Good Conscience, Inc. Completes its First Round of Investor Funding

Good Conscience, Inc (“GCI”) of Southampton, NY is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed its first round of private investor financing.

Southampton, New York: December 6, 2006

Gary T. Glanz, President of GCI released the following statement today: “We are very pleased to report that we have successfully closed on our first round of private investor funding for GCI. This infusion of capital will allow us to forge ahead with our business plan as designed. And that plan is nothing less than an effort to revolutionize the way individual donors, businesses, charities and not-for-profit organizations look at giving and receiving donations.”

GCI is an Internet based, for-profit company that helps charities and not-for-profit 501[c] 3 organizations raise critically needed funding. Using a host of web-based tools and strategies GCI intends to create a series of opportunities for businesses and individuals to give money to their favorite charities in a way that is easy, less time consuming and more powerful than methods currently in use. GCI also intends to drive more of each contributed dollar to the charities involved by cutting the administrative costs and overhead that can be associated with charitable giving.

GCI’s homepage, www.goodconscience.net, will be the focal point for its efforts. At this site, individual donors will have the ability to Pledge, Donate, Travel, Auction, Raffle and Spend, all in Good Conscience, with varying portions of each transaction going directly to the coffers their favorite charity or charities. Businesses will have the opportunity to sign their employees up for on-line payroll deduction for charitable giving and possibly even participate in the GCI Retail Merchant Discount program. Individuals and businesses can also sponsor charities and not-for-profits for membership in GCI and thereby sign them up to receive charitable donations.

One of the first charitable organizations to sign on is Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island, whose CEO, Bill Tymann says, “This is a win-win for everyone. We get much greater exposure to potential donations at far less cost and we also get to concentrate more on what we do best, which is helping kids. We heartily support the efforts of Good Conscience.”

Good Conscience, Inc (“GCI”) of Southampton, NY is pleased to announce that the company has successfully launched its National Marketing Campaign

Southampton, New York: May 24, 2007

Good Conscience, Inc., a Southampton based Internet tools developer whose primary focus is helping charities and not-for-profits raise money on line has kicked off its national marketing campaign with very encouraging early results. GCI has now registered client charities in seven states, other than New York, and it looks as if many more are to follow. According to Executive Vice President Phil Keith, “This initial success in spreading our message is the result of two significant moves. The first is hooking up with Google to promote GCI through a powerful ad word campaign and the second is forming an advertising partnership with Philanthropy.com, a not-for-profit oriented powerhouse whose impressions are better than two million a month and is aimed directly at our target market.”

Keith also reports that “GCI has significantly upgraded its Charity Sign-Up function, making it incredibly easy for any not-for-profit to join the GC Network. There are no fees for registration and anyone with even the most basic computer skills can have a charity, church, school or charitable project up and running literally overnight.” GCI encourages interested parties to go to nfpsignup.goodconscience.net to get all the details.
