Pledge in Good Conscience © is a proprietary program of Good Conscience, Inc., whereby employers
who wish to have their employees donate to charitable causes through PAYROLL DEDUCTION can make
arrangements to do so quickly, easily and with absolutely no cost*. Every employee who wishes to
participate receives a login ID and private password to use in managing their own charitable giving
account. Each employer has access, on demand, to amounts given, names of participating employees and
the charities selected. Businesses can also make up their own “Basket of Charities” to give to or
they can select from a number of predetermined baskets whose good causes have been pre-screened and
pre-selected by Good Conscience, Inc. Employers may also wish to consider “matching donation” programs
