| Gary Tristan Glanz: President - Southampton, New York – |
Gary is the founder of GreenShoe.com that recently merged into a public
company, Pure Vanilla Exchange, Inc. (PVNX) Since January 2006 he has focused on creating Not-For-Profit/For
Profit Partnerships to raise funds for worthy causes. He has extensive background in developing
Internet financial payment systems that include the first electronic bill presentment and payment
systems built with Lockheed Martin and Computer Associates. Gary was instrumental in designing and
building the first Person to Person payment system that enabled electronic auction payments on
eBay. Awards include “Forbes Best of the Web” 2000 for JackDough.com a student bill pay portal and
he has several patent pending products currently under development by a number of firms. For the
past two years he has been “main bear” leading the Polar Bear Plunge that has raised $185,000 for
local charity. Gary graduated from St. Lawrence University and lives with his wife and children in

Dave has a strong background in designing and coding software. Over the past 11 + years Dave has gained extensive
experience in the Business, Scientific and Financial/Brokerage communities as he has built systems for a diverse
group of clients that includes Estee Lauder, Lifecodes, First Data and Electronic Funds & Data. Dave is
skilled in application and data analysis programming with Visual Basic, Visual FoxPro, Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle 8i
in Windows 9x/2000 and NT/XP environments. His Internet abilities include interactive, dynamic, two and three tiered
website creation using ASP, COM, VBScript, JavaScript, DHTML and Adobe Photoshop. David is a veteran, an avid sailor
and has been actively involved in fire department and fund raising activities for many years.

| Richard Paul Stone: General Counsel, - New York, New York – |
Rikk comes to GoodConscience having been counsel to Gary Glanz on a number of matters. He has practiced in the New York
City area for nearly two decades after a career in concert music, that artistic passion having been supported by many hours working in sales. Both
art and sales have served him well in a legal career that has included diverse litigation and transactional matters. Rikk currently represents
a number of not-for-profits, affording him particular insight into their needs, and he is in his fifth year on the Council of The Riverside Church
in Manhattan, two as chair. After receiving music performance degrees from San Jose State University and Boston University, he took his JD from
University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He and his wife Karen have four children and live on Long Island.

| Bill Tymann: Advisory Board |
Bill is the CEO of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Long Island and has been
since 1979. He has grown that agency’s annual budget from $175,000 to over $2 million during
his tenure. He also started a highly successful agency clothing donation business, enabled the
agency to purchase its own office building and designed and implemented a high school program
that the Federal Government chose to replicate nationally. Prior to joining Big Brothers/Big
Sisters Bill was a Social Worker, Program Manager and Assistant Director with Little Flower
Children’s Services. Bill is a graduate of Fordham University and lives with his family in
Manorville. Bill has been a wonderful mentor and invaluable resource for Good Conscience, Inc.
