Good Conscience, Inc. is a for profit corporation composed of Internet professionals and business executives who are also experienced volunteer fundraisers.

As a for-profit company, we are better equipped to take advantage of secured banking relationships, credit card processing operations, automated clearing house functions, employer payroll plans, affinity programs, tax planning and reporting [and more] than most not-for-profit organizations. Also, as a for-profit company we certainly want to make money so that we can continue to build innovative tools for the not-for-profit world, which is often challenged to come up with extra funds for such things as R & D and other innovations.

The Good Conscience, Inc. corporate offices are located at 848 North Sea Road in Southampton, NY but our services can be accessed all over the world via the Internet.

We formed our company to help charitable organizations do more of what they were created to do by providing them with a host of profitable, intuitive web based business solutions that they can employ themselves, anytime, anywhere.

95% of all donations and pledges go directly to the selected charities. GCI also shares 75% of all travel commissions. Sponsorship fees are based on a sliding scale (call Good Conscience, Inc. for details) but basically the sponsored charity receives the majority share of any sponsor fees.

Our proprietary database software reconciles all donation amounts and passes on the donations electronically to the recipient organization’s bank accounts each and every month.

At the My Accounts section of our website we provide detailed real time reports in a secure environment.
